wau, these shoplots look like all under a big circular structure, looks great like a shopping mall. Is that so? Hope I am not mistaken. I thought they are in straight rows...
BSC Alex, may I know the actual situation since you have been there? We are planning to pay a visit much later in view of the fact that so many big vehicles are rumbling all over the plain..and with the hard hitting noise, a bit like in a war zone, and the ground is hardly flat at all..., thanks. Your pics are so beautiful.

Hi naughtyz, first I not sales agent just another buyer like others on this area.
According to my study & monitor after buying a unit here. KLK has already sold-out most housing in Phase 1 left some corner lots Duranta which is very near to the Big TNB side. Which till now maybe still available.
Phase 2 Areca I think after those Bumi lot (15+) opened to none-Bumi on last few week it maybe left very few now. Currently their target is sell Banyan2 Semi-D type.
Next their plan should be those Shop lot facing Jln K.Sel which is a lot maybe 250<300 units.
After this will be the next project Phase 3 cover some 2 storey house (22x75 /28x60) this will be very near to Desa Coalfields & Sg Buloh penjara.
Once their are done with this 3 phase the next will be those bungolow, Semi-D & superlink which is they main target $$$$
KLK is building population on this area with this 3 Phase first and once is start growing their will make more $$ in future because they already in plan to have a private country club house & private school on those future bungolow area.
How fast this area can grow I got not idea tongue.gif my concern is hope will be happy and safe living here icon_rolleyes.gif

I tried last sunday from jln duta- nkve-bsc 45 min, chill driving, jln duta- jln kuching during peak jam....u guess

Haha, this is very informative indeed. Sales agent or not isn't an issue as long as the info is true. Afterall, buyers do rely on sales agent's service. Notice you have taken the trouble to offer a lengthy and wholesome picture. Private club house! How nice!

How about giving my earlier query a reply, if your good self avails? That way Mr stl will not have to ask me what I am asking you.

Sorry supreme, do you mean the "shopping mall"?
The photo was just shot in side view and was at a very near distance so maybe you and mr stl may have a wrong feeling look like a very big mall.
I also hope it was like building those Aeon, Giant, Tesco or etc....
But I personally feel those will only come in later part and all it need to depending on this are population grow.
Currently my most concern is hope KLK can provide us at less a much safety & quality fencing.
No point if we have all those big-big mall but daily living in sweat.gif
Actually I really enjoy going there and see the progress growing blush.gif It feel like our $ is worth it rclxm9.gif
supreme you should pay a visit asap. Sunday after 3pm is the best timing. thumbup.gif

One time toll at sg buloh exit, then all the way old road ....i never see how much, using smart tag...hehe

Thanks. We will go soon. I had been before on a Sunday but found both the exits locked. Noone was working on sunday. Are they now working full swing even on Sundays? Will go on a working day around 5pm when work is minimal there. If safety is your concern, and no security service yet provided, then perhaps you may want to fix the kind of bulky steel door with no door frame and door hinges embedded in the concrete wall. This was done by my ex neighbor after his home was broken in when nobody is in. Quite expensive though around more tha RM1,000. It looks like a 'transformer' outfitted door, haha. Didn't look quite nice. Someone also told me that thieves can easily lift up and dislodge the sliding doors, but can fix locks to prevent this. I don't know what locks are those. Can ask locksmith.x

If you're coming from Jln Duta-Sg Buloh-BSC, the toll price will be RM1.90...but if you exit at Hosp Sg Buloh exit, the toll will be RM2.20....

Ldp bu tol -ttdi-parlimen- kl ( dataran merdeka ) =20 min ( no jam drive 70-80km/h)
