I think I finally figured it out - "Cheney" fencing is = Chain-linked fencing

This is the usual green fencing you see everywhere. Not very secure as can easily cut.

The better option will be to use BRC fencing - stronger and better looking. Any chance of getting KLK to upgrade?

recently drop by KLK during Banyan II launching even the latest KLK launch model should be using same type fencing, according them all is only 5ft high.
I do not think KLK have any intention in doing a better fencing security upgrading to all us

My unit is Bromelia....the road still not able for me to access to exactly my units.

we now can't go into BSC from the future petrol station side door (according KLK will be Caltex). I normally use another access from Areca site (beside the shop lot).
Actually we are able to view our own unit already as long the door is not locked. Just driver slowly if unable to go deeper maybe you need to park your car a side and just take a walk
Go there on Sunday after 3pm because most of them already stop working in this hour.

Do you check from KlK any mall will be there eg: Tesco, carefour

Yes, I did ask them about the commercial plot but according them is still unsold yet. It need to have some ppl start moving in & stay only those Tesco, Giant or etc.... will come in to invest BSC area.
So I hope most of us are buying for own stay not buying to make $. If not BSC will need longer time before can have those big hypermarket.

How is the access road from Areca's site? The last time I went there, quite sometime ago, I entered from the petrol station side but found the road very muddy. They spray the road wet for some reasons.

Added on August 30, 2012, 10:12 pmThe petrol side mostly was close now. Last Saturday I just went over again around 11am just after a rain using Areca. The road condition is good.
This access is much better and also not too bumper.

From the puncak Bestari thread ..... the developer there is also trying to bring in Tesco and Giant

That is about 5 km from BSC, a bit further after the Econsave.

Never go there during Public holiday I also kena last Raya
banyan 2 No sure how now? Was in klk office during second day launching many week ago around 30% sold.
