Starting from now, I am logging in as 'kang1' as my username. The former username 'supreme1394' will from now on only be used by another family member. Before this, we have been sharing the same handphone so it is faster to log into lowyat using the same account or else each time we have to log out from the other's account and log in again before we can make a posting. Anyobody can see that Bandar Seri Coalfields looks large and grand from the entrance! More shops opposite the 2nd. Phase semi-ds are being built. According to KLK developer staff, the business hub will be open for sale next year. Lets hope that those shops are bigger than those at the entrance. I hope to see nice eateries there. So far those at the entrance have 3 Nasi Kandar shops. Waiting patiently for Chinese restaurants.

Yeaterday at Banyan 1, saw workers laid underground black tubes. Asked them and they said it is for internet by TM. The wiring to be put in is coming and he said everything will be done roughly in 2 months.

According to some KLK staff, a super market will be completed near the waterfront in about 18 months! Anyone knows more details? The Google map shows many new ground layouts.

A check in the website reviews that Kip Mart has:

1) a food court
2) a neat wet market
3) many retail booths
4) air-cond eateries
5) ATMs

All inside a big air cond complex! Wonder if it is single or double storey building.
