Thanks, did a check at the unit's address. It did not look like a corner lot to me... Maybe more of an intermediate lot at an odd sized plot!
To be more accurate, the side land is triangular in shape, and location near main road and pond.

Yes, those huge and long shade structure with dressed up round tables ( plus raised stage for dance) reminded me of hotel ballroom dinners and were providing a truly celebrative atmosphere. Really cheerful looking!

Some updates for you all.
1. Our application for the formation of a resident's association has been approved by the Registrar of Societies (RoS) and the name is: PERSATUAN PENDUDUK BANDAR SERI COALFIELDS, SUNGAI BULOH, SELANGOR. Registration number: PPM-003-10-16102014
2. I have saved the Constitution/Perlembagaan in the "Files" tab (Facebook) and you may download a copy for your reference.
3. We need your support to make this a success. You can help in 2 ways: a) Being a member - One time registration is RM50 and annually is RM50. With this money, we will be able to cover costs of running the RA, organizing events for residents and carrying out activities which benefit all. As you know, none of us are paid to do this so we really appreciate the support of all residents.
b) Expertise & Time - Everyone has skills, connections and resources that can help. For e.g., Chris helped us design the logo for our RA. By contributing your time and expertise, we can reduce our cost and you are able to help your fellow residents.
4. We are organizing an RA MEMBERSHIP drive and TM REGISTRATION drive starting THIS SATURDAY (25th) & SUNDAY (26th) at the mamak opp Areca. Representatives will be there on both days from 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm.
5. RA membership drive - RM50 one-time registration, RM50 annually. We hope as many of you can join to be a member because we cannot move forward without funds. You only need to pay RM50 now for the registration and RM50 in January for the year 2015. We hope this isn't too burdensome. Please note that joining is voluntary and we are not trying to force anyone
6. TM registration - Many of you are frustrated because TM is not yet connected. After speaking with a rep from TM in Saujana Utama, with the assistance of Mr. Foo from KLK, we have been told that the first step is to get as many residents to fill up the forms and register. PLEASE COME AND REGISTER. Bring your IC along.
7. I will update this space as to who will be the reps at the mamak on Saturday and Sunday for both the AM and PM sessions. We will be providing you numbered receipts and official RA stamp for your records.

so hard to rent property here. Seems like only kindergarten operators are interested after 1 month advertisement. Perhaps any of you know someone looking for a corner lot, 4r5br to rent out? My bro is only asking for rm1.6k unfurnished lol

i doubt he would want to sell it, just renting it out before moving in once the UITM hospital is built which is probably 10 years down the line lol
