Banyan KLK not yet ask for progress payment.....so probably nothing up yet.

The trend now is developer will get all the wires pulled in as they build, since everything now underground.

So if KLK work closely with TM, Unifi should be in place when time to move in.

Can check with bro jacek and takso21 in DC, there got Unifi aledi or not.

Wow..Areca has even better location, near to commercial area and school~

No wonder can sell with higher price..

Banyan - no work yet, but land is flattened and can see retention pond being built. Wonder if they will cement the sides.

Duranta - sorry no picts. A bit far away can see pillars coming up.

I signed S&P end July, so far no news yet.

BSC will be 1000 acres, mainly SD and bungalows (in 10 years time )

Nearby got UiTM (estimated 20,000 students) Puncak Alam, Desa Coalfields, Saujana Utama, Sri Pristana, Shah Alam 2 and upcoming Puncak Bestari and a bunch of small developments (e.g. Aquila)

Also from people travelling the Kuala Selangor road.
If a major shopping mall opens up here, then will be very good. People will stop and shop.
(see what Jusco is doing to emerald west rawang. Suddenly become hottttt)

Can take LDP (towards Kepong) then turn left into Jalan Kuala Selangor and head towards Sg Buloh/KSelangor..

About 27 km according to Google Map. But have to go thru Sg Buloh town, can be quite jam at peak hours.

wow i went to UITM last week, using LATAR highway,so convinient, another alternative road for BSC to go to KL.

Yeah. Latar also can. Just a bit more mileage (6 -7 km) and 2 ringgit toll

From PJ perhaps easiest to hit the PLUS, then take Rawang Selatan exit into Guthrie, and immediately take Kuang exit into Latar (red color line)
Then go out at Puncak Alam exit into Jln Kuala Selangor.
80% highway if you don't mind paying toll.
