There will be two rows of Banyan SD and a retention pond between the main road and Bromelia, so you no need to worry.

Also sure KLK will plant plenty of trees.


Please note however progress is only on one to two rows of houses, the rest not up yet.

Logically next phase will be upgrading the road thru Sg Buloh town Center.
We all pray and hope.

Also rumors that there will be a new road cutting thru Aman Putri-RRIM-Kota Damansara.

i heard from a friend of mine whose brother is staying in Desa Coalfields and complained that at times there would foul smell experiences in Desa. Is it true? Just need confirmation. Would it affect BSC?

I go BSC site to check almost every Sat morning (xx kepoh ) but don't remember any smell.

When I was scouting for house also dropped by in DC many times.


Stay not too far from the area, so just name time and place and I will check it out and report here.

I bought a SD at BSC, so when someone say there is smell naturally I am concerned.

Hope you are not simply trying to scare me. Now cannot sleep already.

If smell is at DC, not worried. Phase 1 BSC is quite some distance away.

That's why I ask you to be specific.

Mentally prepared for those once-a-bluemoon event.

I stay at DC. Sorry to inform the smell is for real but not at the alarming level that scared ppl away like someone has just bumped into ghost.

Smell comes and goes. Just like our haze condition. If you stay at Klang area, you would know what kind of air quality in the morning session - smokes from burning bushes.

Good and bad conditions are everywhere; there is no way to hide or avoid.

In fact, the smell at DC has reduced tremendously in frequency and density.

So, no need to cabut...enjoy the serene living environment at DC.

I love to stay there much more now. No traffic, no kacau kacau, etc. - except sometimes, traffic from lembus and monkeys jumping around. So you could enjoy full peace and harmony - day n nite time.

It is ideal for long term investment because of the affordable house pricing - big land for corner house at RM330K plus, mana mau cari? Somemore freehold - buy one and renovate into big mansion and won't cost more than RM500k in total.

So think again.
