And its about a month already my tab in samsung service..still not complete repairing .. I just bought it and used 3 months and the screen flicker and blank..why do they took so long to repair? What a rubbish!!

I was wondering if you could help me here. I am using Maxis on my current dumbphone (because of coverage issues) where digi, celcom option is not viable.
I am also using celcom broadband usb dongle to work with my laptop when I'm outstation.

My questions are:
Is it possible to migrate the celcom mobile to the phone? Or if this is not possible, can I use the phone as a tethering device? Do mobile operators allow it? More specifically will Maxis allow it? Does the Galaxy Note have tether options like the sgs2. I assume it has wifi-direct?

Another unrelated question: where can I get SGNote ori? Any shops selling it online? Since this is a purchase for work, ability to RMA device if it fails within the first year would be super useful.

U shud check with samsung service centre...a mnth sounds too long to replace faulty screen..

1. just put the celcom sim card in the phone. can use as tethering device. (not sure if your current dumbphone support or not). no calls though.
2. new androids you can tether under bluetooth, cable or wifi
3. can try samsung specialist shops/bigger electronics stores like senheng/senq
4. warranty should be 2 years return to samsung.

I called them almost everyday liou..they said still not ready i hope i wont have to wait another 1 month for it

Er.. new to android here.. If I get facebook apk from other phones will it work? Because I dont really like the UI of the one I install from market.. I prefer the one like m.facebook.com (but browser tabs and address bar very kacau)... Can I get that?

I'm trying to play this files but display kinda a bit hang but sound clear..isn't because just proc 1 ghz? Just root but not put custom rom or custom kernel...

i think you better call samsung SC and check with them..My Tab10.1 sent to SC and less than a week i get total new replacement from Samsung..My unit is Nand ram problem..

how come whenever I install or update Samsung Kies, windows ask me to install Bluetooth Peripheral Driver.

When window cannot find ask me to download from nokia website. it is nokia websuite 88Mb? What for?

Just a quick check with everyone, my 2nd hand tab is already rooted after I checked using the Root Checker, but the previous owner didnt flash any rom/kernel.

My question is, if i want to flash Overcome, do i need to reroot it again?

Please share your experience about the device especially the performances. Planing to buy it. Can claim warranty in Malaysia samsung if buy the device from Singapore ?
Is it the device hang in full memory ?

Facebook and skype on tablets (i believe including ipad 2) are not as great as they are on laptops and desktops. I am using GT 10.1. I normally use browser for facebook and facebook messenger (from market) for facebook chat. Skype on GT is quite stable but not on Ipad 2. Skype version for GT is just 2.5 but for Ipad 2 is 3.6 (and still Ipad 2 users are complaining being auto logged off). Correct me if I am wrong.
