If you're trying to cut out parts of an audio track
iTunes > Select song > Get Into > Options > Set Start/Stop time > Close Get Info > Advanced > Convert to...

Bought TuneUp Media recently. Not bad tool for cleaning up the iTunes music library. Pretty fast. Basically it will add and repair ID tags where relevant.
Some of the songs which you burned and don't put a title into it, it will then try to fingerprint and suggest a title for it based on the match. So far quite accurate but as usual there will be songs that they don't have the fingerprint of it and manual work have to come this way. Well it cut off many hours by doing it manually if you have thousands of collection. It add or suggest cover as well. Now looks better when playing it on iphone/ipod

It does it Automagically ™!
Does it work well with non-English songs?

Not bad. In fact I got alot on non english song for example Chinese, Korean, Indonesian and even local Malaysian and it does the job quite good.
So far I've seen cases where not only it can't detect the local Malaysian song but it does not limited to that as sometimes it can't detect English song as well. Only good part is roughly based on my usage it won't be able to detect 10% of it. So in case you have 5000 songs and having 500 to do manually not that bad I guess rather than spending months to complete it.
Basic process is that it will scan your iTunes and create a playlist of good and bad. So those are the ones you need to clean. Simply drag those dirty playlist and wallah...It will fill up with the ID tags along with the cover if they can find it (so far so good). Some are exact match and some are good match so you can always verify it again if you're not sure or it might tell you a possible match
