Who says 6400 does not get used, I even use that on my A700 when the time calls for it. Noisy shot better than no shot.

oh yeah guys...just tried 1 more thing...the dynamic range of the new sonsor is really ASTONISHING! i tried to drop 4 stops EV in lightroom...
the details is STILL amazing! |

Lol, even on my A580 i already pushed the iso to 6400....
I am not a pixel peeper, don't bother crap bout noise and etc. Now just waiting for 1650 or 24z...... |

It's pointless to do high ISO in well lit rooms la. if you really wanna test then go and take a shot OUTSIDE your house at night (maybe now? Lol) then only you can see how good the sensor performs. Or you can shoot somewhere with heavy shadows. *gear head mode off* Oh maiiiii I also wan a65  (((( |
