To me, rooting is a must lol, for apps like Titanium Backup, SetCPU, AdAway and etc.

i am lazy to root or install custom rom...lol...but i love installing "ahem ahem" apps... hope the stock rom will be super smooth without any rooting or custom rom

i find the home button very useful. at least i have the feel of button and capacitive multitouch display

the browsing experience have no lags at all IF u have a very good internet connection.
what im trying to say is, YUP, NO SOFTWARE LAG at all when browsing.
