Well, N55 difference is Bigger Screen & Numpad except i7 that hav different processor, but N45 is more lighter.
The reason i bought N45 is bcos of i like this N5 model but i dun like those bigger size than 14 inch..if N5 series hav 13.3 inch, dat would be my preference as i running around too much.
Ikmal - IF you have seen N55, N45 is exactly the same, but without the numpad. but will take some pics for u tomorrow.
Added on September 10, 2011, 3:43 amFrankly, the GPU problem doesn't affect me as i rarely play games. Bsides, i still have Y470..heheh..
but still, never like buy flawed products. Let's hope this problem can be solved very sooner than we expected.

i am in taiwan now, today morning N55 auto show that hav latest bios, after i update it, my window experience index become:
7.4
7.6
5.8
6.9
5.9

Wana ask ah. is bios version 213 working properly?
how do i knw if my software is running on nvidia o not?
i have already set the software to run with nvidia. but i see the icon on nvidia, it shows gpu has none activity.

Wow,my fren punya N53SV is glossy screen.It seems the contrast and brightness is really nice especially gaming and watching movie!  |

Latest BIOS on Asus website is 213 ....
And about the index, you must update the nVidia driver perhaps?
Mine went to 5.9 after updating it

guys i just bought n55sf last night, i asked the seller bout upgrading the ram and he ask me to upgrade it at asus center at imbi plaza although he himself got sell the ram module. anyway he say 4gb ddr3 1333 ram cost 60+ (kingston). so let say if i wanna upgrade should i go to asus center or just go to any shop that sells the ram module? does anyone know where or who in garage sales selling ram at cheap prices?
