i was wondering how agito do lots of that blur effect..

is it separate all the image that need to be blur in 1 layer and blur it all

i always keep everything in different layers and rarely combine it into 1 layer.
so its hard to do that kind of blur effect ..

or is it possible to do that effect on 1 layer (blur layer) without touching other layer

just wondering ...

i mean how do i blur this area that i want.. without merge all the layer together or touch the art it self.
is it possible to do it on a new layer instead ?

Finally done with this -.- took me 3 weeks on and off, abit bored already to be honest xD Comments/Critiques are very appreciated.

Medium: 200gsm heavy weight, HB, B, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B
Time: ~12hrs

you mean duplicate the layer .. test it if it work or not ? (blur it on the duplicate work?) ..

^ Sai can use blur effect, just duplicate that part into another layer, smudge it with blur brush and adjust the layer opacity to your needs.
