Both. and yes, Japanese dub is better. (if you play Tekken, you already accustomed to Jin's, Alisa's, etc original voices. So it feel like more true to Tekken series)

The English dub is not bad. But I feel the lip-sync failed at certain times... but still, the voice actors done a great job. Both are enjoyable. I recommend watching both lol.

lol why would you fix animu mango illustrations. it's already characterized by its stylization to begin with, unless you just want to apply the generic animu look to errrrthing, kinda beats the purpose of stylization though.
