I'm not a barca fan. But why the heck pele rates neymar better than messi? Very stupid of him....Messi has won everything at club level and even won the ballon D'Or 3 times. Neymar may be one of the most talented football player of earth, but oh well he's not even proven himself yet. Not even in a top europe club yet nor will titles yet.

Beg to differ there. That shows we have found through their defence a number of times, although we weren't at our highest intensity. I think we played absolutely well. We just didn't have luck. The players knew it, hence the wry smiles on their faces.

Just to prove we aint sore losers, or oni know how to complain etc etc (idea that jose plants into you fanbois heads).. Chelsea deserved it, luck played a massive part, but you won it fair and square, unlike some other teams (u know who) who stamp and shove at the first opportunity. So i think, and i hope many here will agree, they deserve all the credit, good game, and see u in camp nou, if that game is played cleanly like this one, and we lose, i will be the first to congratulate you.

For the number of interceptions Chelsea made, it is not a revelation. In fact, it is expected by everyone, considering the number of bodies they threw at the back. And despite of the bus, we still had found our way through their defence. Do you get my POV?

And how was our number of chance kept at minimal? If we convert one of our chances you won't be singing the same tune. Yes the fact is we didn't score. I just want to point out that how ordinary and brilliant gameplays (especially defending) are only separated by a very very thin line these days.

You kidding me? of course Chelsea can only keep Barce contain to a certain extend,
If by your definition, on and off for sure Barcelona succeeds in breaking through Chelsea defense
(To me breaking a defense down, is only accountable when u score goals, Barce had a few half-a-chance as the last few minutes where Barce hit the post is imo just half a chance, and half a chance to clear cut chance is a whole different level)

You guys are Barcelona mate! arguably the best attking football club in the world, Which club can possibly "completely" neutralize a team like Barce to not by pass the opposition defence? maybe there is like what hotgary said in La Liga,...but how many are there? even if there is, how often does it happen?

to say Chelsea is expected to make all the blockings, yes is true, but i watch the PL often that tonight is one of the games where Chelsea interception/block - count/success rate is one of the highest ever, that i did not expect to happen.

i think you and i both know in football "If" is a very big word, I think we've gone through all the if's in our life before, but the fact that Barcelona did not score tonight i guess it is rather inappropriate to use that now.

Put it to simpler terms:

What was Expected :
-Barce to win as they were favorites, don't ask me how i know this, from media to betting odds
despite playing at stamford brigde, i find the odds against Chelsea quite degrading 
-Barce to score at a goal or more
-Chelsea to intercept balls, block shots

What was Unexpected -
-Chelsea winning the game
-Chelsea got a clean sheet, Barce fail to score
-Chelsea to intercept balls, and block shots that good

The points above may not be significant as one, but if you take them all tiny bits & pieces and accumulate it, Chelsea emerge superior winner.  Against Barcelona, a very thin line means everything! There is no thrashing to Barcelona thou i'd love to see that happen some day for the love of football.
