There is no denying Barce to score at Nou Camp, but at the rate Barce went from the past 2 games (1st leg lost and El Classico lost)
Chelsea won 1st leg and took a vital point at Emirates Stadium,
With the veteran player Chelsea has, Chelsea entered the game mentally stronger
which they clearly displayed it

With the above, it felt likely that Chelsea will score a goal...through counter attack(true enough),
and if Chelsea do park the bus,which they did, 2 goals would seem like an ideal figure for Chelsea to concede,

Hence the prediction of 2-1 lost for Chelsea.

It was almost a one-off game. How often do you see Messi not scoring that 1v1 chance against Cech after one-two with Fabregas or missing a penalty. Also Barca hit the woodwork four times and how often do you see opponents scoring from 3 goals from 3 shots on goal in 180 minutes?

No doubt Chelsea defended well but also had luck on their side.

nvm la. not our day, not our season. hopefully the team will bounce back and will be ultra motivated for next season. they tried their best..

Pep shouldn't be too disheartened. He has created one of the best football team the world has ever seen since 2008 and Barca are humans .. you just can't win them all

He should be proud of what he has achieved .. I think he has won 15 of the 19 competitions available to him since he took over. Out of the four missing, one is the Copa Del Rey this season which he can still win. The three others are Copa Del Rey 2011 which he lost to Madrid despite dominatin, the La Liga and the Champions League this season.

True, Chelsea's top priority was definitely to score from any chance they could, especially against a team like Barcelona but how many times does a goal from a chance actually happen!!

That is true (about why Barca fail to stop Chelsea's 3 attacks) but at the end of the day, we all prefer to defend the club we support and no matter what, there will always be a slight hint of biasness.

Maybe, just maybe, neutral non-Barcelona hating fans, would say Barcelona should have won but those who dislike Barcelona will argue Chelsea definitely deserved it.

But I guess we can't say alot because if Liverpool had done the same, I would have liked it as well but I wouldn't disagree to say Barcelona were better.
