Cesc position at Barca is totally different than the one he used to play at Arsenal. I guess it's better for Pep to put him in the centre. Xavi is 32, might lost his golden touch soon.

hope we can bounce back and win against chelsea.

agreed!! tello should be sub out for sanchez in 2nd half.
*
imagine all the chance that tello have, all the ball that he possess, but exchange him, with sanchez/pedro/alves

things might be different

not like the previous clasico where barca dominate the game and have most posession, remember the 5-0 win? see how it differs. clearly shows that real is improving ahead of barca.

1st goal should not be conceded, it is more to the mistake of valdes to go outside.

to me,i dont see much flaw in the defense area, even macherano do well
its the attacking part

tello=fail.no words to describe
messi play too deep in midfield, thus, doenst really play role in attacking
xavi not in his best form.thus all the dribbling and play-making are not at its best

and for the 2nd goal, its our mistakes.real style is counter attack.from casillas - 6 or 7 pass - goal .thats our mistake to go way up high, leaving our backside open

quite dissapointed,

busquet looks quite careless in the midfield, messi looks tired, hell the squad all looks quite tired, maybe because real got one extra days to prepare, but that ain't reason. well, they deserved the win, not to say better, but they utilize their chances, they look more dangerous in the final third. we may as well congratulate them.

i have no idea why pep decided to start tello in such a big match, he wasted so many chances, sigh maybe it just me missing david villa too much.

xavi looks furious to be subbed there.

i think becoz he think he can do better,to help the team

he is better, than what he showed today..who knows,if he stays, and tello out,for sanchez, maybe things would be different

judging from the performance, i'm expecting tello to be subbed right away for the 2nd half, who knows he's playing up to 80 minutes.

or maybe pep decide to rest xavi for the game against Chelsea.

I think tello is ok to play. just that he quite selfish and quite poor with his finishing.

Tello is too young and inexperienced. Can't blame him 100%. I think Barca still can do well but they need another goal scoring player similar to David Villa.

maybe

thats the prob.u cant save/rest too much.this is madrid we talking about.and this is our chance to get back into the league race.now its, almost gone already

and no.tello is far from ok.he take the ball way too far,the the ball got out for goal kick, for way many times

his cross/shot or watever it is,is so inaccurate,it goes haywire

Looks like La Liga title is heading to Madrid cause I can't see them losing all their games. One win is enough to secure the title.

It was kinda the same story like Wednesday. Had sooooo much of the ball but not penetrative enough in the final third. Also alot of sloppy passes. The first goal could have been prevented if Puyol had chosen to kick it instead of blocking Khedira for Valdes to come.

Pep shouldn't have made Busquets and Mascherano centre backs. I mean, the back four was like a puzzle .. one minute it was Adriano-Mascherano-Busquets-Puyol, then suddenly Adriano-Mascherano-Puyol-Alves or suddenly just Adriano-Mascherano-Puyol or Mascherano-Busquets-Puyol.

Mascherano has played there before, fair enough but why play him when there's a 6 foot + tall Gerard Pique. Or at least play Pique beside Masch or just stick with Masch-Puyol.

The defense was okay but it was the set pieces which posed a threat because the tallest player on the pitch for us was Busquets.

People need to give Christian Tello a break. He's only 20 years old. I felt he shouldn't have started and either Cesc or (but preferably) Alexis should have started instead. It's not that Tello is a bad player .. he's good and he has a lot of potential but this was too big of an occasion for him. He played like a real rookie, trying to use his pace against a very good Alvaro Arbeloa but Arby read it time and time again. There was one chance Tello could have taken a touch and chose his spot but made the decision to take it first time and the chance had gone. It is not his fault but he's just young and inexperience, especially when playing an el classico.

It seems as though teams have found the way to stopped Barca in their goal box. Could hardly muster a shot, just like against Chelsea. David Villa is sorely missed. Him, Messi and Sanchez are probably the best attacking trio because Messi isn't an out and out striker.

this

by the end of 1st half, pep should have realized that.he shud have sub him for sanchez when 2nd half start

he is not bad,by all means,but today,he's a flop.thats a fact.part his fault,part becoz today is no ordinary match,its the el classico
