Chelsea played the Mourinho's ugly style which is to def with all man and wait for counter attack... boring. Parked the bus since second half and they literally formed a pentagon around Messi

However I'd say Chelsea will regret defending too much because bringing one goal advantage to Nou Camp is just not enough.

Luck is really not our side. Both team play well. We got few good chances to score but were denied by post, finishing and Cech. Cech was superb today. MOTM maybe.

Wasteful Barca. Nou Camp will be different atmosphere, but based on the match just now Chelsea should have little problem to emulate Inter Milan defensive display. Barca couldn't break through from the middle, not even space for cutback. Possess little threat from corner because the ball were aimed for Puyol explicitly.

The Stamford Bridge pitch is tight and compact. There's no space when they crowd it.

Chelsea defended very well and scored from their only shot on goal. Barcelona had the better chances (hit woodwork twice and Fabregas chip) but they couldn't break down Chelsea's defence.
