Puyol has experience playing there, he's played there ever so often and also before he was a permanent CB. But playing him at RB tonight is really weird coz he definitely has no pace for SB anymore (even seedorf outran him in an instance), whereas we would have missed the steel and mind he could have contributed in the centre. Wat happened to Dani and Pique? I think pitting pique against ibra would mean that ibra could no more be such an easy channel for long balls from their defence, as we have seen tonight.

Nevertheless a win to top the group. Can't complain. Maybe resting players after the international break is really important when el classico is around the corner. Two amazing passes from messi to see the 1st and 3rd goal was good enough. Fab and villa was a bit off tho.

a number of wrong decisions (read: hand ball) also offside calls.. but we shall not take any credit away from espany coz they played their lungs out.. derbies are always hard.. if oni atletico would play like this against real.. Funny enough atletico plays even better against us in recent years compared to their local derby.

Thank god pepe did not see red or else haters will come around and say we cant win without an opponent being sent off.

If the ref spotted the stampin.. and sent off pepe.. 99bieber will come in and troll about us not being able to beat any opponents with 11 men.

I am saddened by the fact that Roma is struggling.. I always thought that Luis Enrique may return as pep's replacement when pep one day *touchwood* decides to throw in the towel. Not to mention that Bojan is struggling too. On the brighter side, oriol is doing pretty well at chelsea so we might use that buy back clause afterall. Which is good cause he can play central defence too, like masch/busi.

Chill guys, we dun need to ring the alarm bells yet..So far in 3 games, we dominated 2.. Pep has the tactical know hows..In pep we trust remember? January february are our usual slipback months.. But trophies are not won in the first two months of the year.. Trophies are won in may.. And we usually do well in the run up..Keep the faith guys..
