Is monitor need to like calibrate in timely fashion? Is those displayport cable easy to acquire? Just world like to know for a dual U2412 setup. VGA and DVI will work right? Or better stick with DP and DVI? Thanks.
Go digital whenever possible

How accurate you want it to be?
How much budget you willing to spend on single monitor?
LED for IPS is just matter of personal preference I guess, some prefer CCFL due to gamut coverage? (correct this)
U2410 and higher end IPS still using CCFL except for Apple Cinema is an exception.

White LEDs; Longer and more stable Back-light life span............... Less colour coverage/range

nice setup drool.gif

and owikh84 is right, its roughly 52" as it is counted based on the diagonal viewpoint of the screen

but is monitor inch size still relevant these days for pc monitor? since what we usually care about is the total pixel resolution. *my opinion*

Previously I had 3 x 24" but the monitors span way too wide and are way out of any human's field of view (considering our 1.5-2ft sitting distance). I sold one of them and gave 2 to my dad. I saw this PLP setup on hardforum and decided to buy these guys biggrin.gif My nature of work warranted the purchase.

Unfortunately native eyefinity would not run on a PLP setup. I've only managed to get Dead space 2 to use all the screen with a hack/trick.
