I just bought PS2 at sg wang for RM686 with 2 ori remotes, fan and stand + 10 dvd.unfortunately, 3 games are not working.. e.g pirate of carribean - not detected and call of duty 2 - keep loading....but other games are fine..

can somebody advise?

want to ask.... is there anybody have prob when playing mp3 with their psp? mine is fw 2.8..... asiaN ver. psp and using imitate sony mem stick. the prob is when i play mp3 and put it on pause for a long time.... it will be in sleep mode..... after i on it back to continue from where i left then my psp will hang... when try to put the psp to sleep mode the light will blink like signal when ultraman want to die... ( cant find better example for this... )

after push on (dont know if i can call it slider) slightly psp will turn off completely.... this prob dont occur when im using fw 2.71....

had already format mem. card trice with psp and pc but no effect.... but with ori mspd the problem doesnt occur yet....

Go and change the CD game If it's too far, get a friend who has a ps2 at home and try on their ps2..if can play, means u have to bring your ps2 back to the shop. Scold him, so many games cannot play...sell me recon ar..

Hi, My PS 2 50006 has disc read error(dre) problem recently. Sent to shop for repair. Reason for dre problem is lens died so change lah. After change (cost rm300), games can load.... but after 1 week of playing the games can still load but always freezes or hang when playing for less than 5 minutes. Sent back to shop for repair but until now (2 weeks) still not ready. Any of you sifus come across this problem? An advice on what is the problem. Thank You very much.

is your ps's fan working?maybe due to overheating. lens died last ime? did you check wether it can play dvd movie, cd music AT ALL? if cant then it died, if can then u got fcuked up by the shop, coz dre can be repaired easily without changing the lense.

Yes, I tried to play everything. It was at 1st needs to reset a few times before can read disc, then cannot play silver dvd, then dvd movie, then lighter dvd then cannot read at all. The fan is working.

kalau mcm tuh i think its confirmed ur lense KO. do take note that there are NO NEW lense out there..all refurbished. Since u r using a fatty ps2, i recommend u used hdloader to save the lense.
