what's a nice and practical foreground plant for a 2 feet iwagumi tank ?

glosso, JHG, HC or any other ?

would a dry start method be a better option to grow it ?

2ft 14w is normal output, if your existing one is 24w then you have to get the same wattage one. 24w 6500k probably is about RM20 each.

So far I don't see any light shop selling T5HO(high output).
Normally they only have T5NO(normal output)

hmmm, if so, i would just suggest a pair or 2 of guppies would do. but if your tank is so small and it's a bare tank, you can't possibly breed them...

but whatever is it, I think a filter is important, air pump is not SO necessary at this juncture. take the smallest cheapest hang on back filter which cost you about RM18. and light is only for cosmectic purposes here i suppose.

if you talk about priority, filter comes first.

Wrong. Even if you have no plants, keeping otto helps your tank
clean from various algae, especially if you have long term lighting.
*
if so, you better feed algae wafer. i don't think there will be significant algae outbreak, but minimal otto is ok i suppose.
