cant GET card within 1 hours... but will approve in very short time...

the credit card will send via courier instead (poslaju) to the registered address after the application approval after 1-2weeks... just do photostat copy / bank statement / company offer letter or any related documents which will let the bank think that you afford to pay the credit card later...

if dun have epf statement can or not?? bcoz dunno where i can find kwsp kiosk around pj or sunway area..

if prompt case normally get within one hour, if first time apply i think need 1~2weeks for verification and approval, then you'll receive your card within 1-2 weeks

Not really. Maybank indeed can approve walk-in applicant within 1 hour at those 3 places (OU, KLCC, Menara Pudu), provided they meet the min criterias, regardless 1st-timer or not...

in reverse, is it possible if we call their supposed CS number, but its being "hacked" and answered by the hackers team, who pretend to be CS, and ask us our details (thats their original plan)...
can we ask them back, to prove them selves as genuine sources...

yes, it is possible according to few spy movies I have seen

and yes, you can always ask questions and check them out, like what CS ask us when they want to do verification. For example, you can pretend you want to check what was your last transaction and/or what was the amount and/or what is the merchant's name or the date of your last payment shown in the system.

Yes this is possible via "spoofing" the phone number. The other party is using an IP based phone system to accomplish this. So anyone programmed into their phone the bank's known numbers still need to be careful.

As what Gen-X said - reverse the identification process as well and they should be able to tell you things which they should know.

Petronas Visa need to give 10X TreatsPoints to counter the 5% from these competitor CC.

I don't think that is a good question because that info usually needs to be provided to many type of new application like for example Unifi.

Good, very good, first CC to use the No.8 for marketing purposes for the Year of the Dragon. Hopefully soon we can see 8% cash back cards.
