one is a nominal account. for the nominal account, maybank will buy on your behalf first. i think it is to reduce the resistance for new buyers to enter the market or something like that.

there is a bumi quota for shares. they get first picks. what country do you think you were living in? we all signed this agreement to give up our rights when we were born in this country. didnt you sign it?

Calm down..IPO shares for public is open 50% for bumi and 50% for non-bumi thats y need to differentiate race..

Your CDS unable to apply because it is a nominees account and it is not a retail account which fully own by you. And those account doesn't mean cheaper than the retail. Depend on the DR/remisier want to give you the best rate or not. It can be 0.15/0.2 and there's 1 investment bank offer 0.002 online trading and another small company offer 0% brokerage rate. Find out yourself: )
