minimum purchase should be 1 lot, a.k.a. 100 units.
at rm2.20, 1 lot translates into rm220.

After getting approval, MITI will send you the details regarding payments etc.
If you get substantial amount, you can ask banks to finance the shares for you. Last time, Maybank financed my Bumi Armada shares at 90%.
But in some cases, like Oldtown IPO, banks did not offer share financing. It is up to them to decide.
If small amount, then just pay by yourself.

I applied as a Bumi investor under MITI scheme (Ministry of International Trade and Industry).
The application for this scheme opens and closes earlier than the IPO for public.

Btw, Felda application for Bumi investor under MITI already closed. If you want, have to wait when it is open to public.
