Your CDS unable to apply because it is a nominees account and it is not a retail account which fully own by you. And those account doesn't mean cheaper than the retail. Depend on the DR/remisier want to give you the best rate or not. It can be 0.15/0.2 and there's 1 investment bank offer 0.002 online trading and another small company offer 0% brokerage rate.
