Whats the price range and sqft left for this project?

anyone know what is the sales status right now after the lunch treat? anybody could provide the price range at this moment?thanks.

Just went over pay my balance, Block A left around 40%+ in non pool view and pool view around 10%.

Price still similar not much different, psf looking at around RM500 before discount.

anybody knows what is that newly build condo shown here near the Le Yuan showroom?

18 floor, -5%, DIBS, Free S&P , Loan Agreement fees + stamp Duty. Estimated VP by 2012 November.

any good discount from ur friend we buy in bulk hehe ...we here a group of people cari makan punya ...

i don't think so the sand beach is attractive....many people already have it, even the verve suites also have it already...

for this Le Yuan, only 1 thing I considered left out, it is sky lounge or sky garden .... even the seringing too...they use the top floor for luxury unit selling 2.5m ++ , but neglected the common area for all.... I saw verve suites use all the 4 block top floor for common area n facilities like sky lounge, games room, function room, cinema, infinity pool, jacuzzi ( with ceiling glass that can view the moon or star ) ...eco garden...aqual gym ( 1st condo to have this facilities in malaysia ) ....all located in top floor..and some other in 5th floor...

basically I was attracted by the concept, Uncle Tong fully utilize the top floor view for all the nice and state-of-the-art facilities...the view is very nice...when I was at the top floor , I see genting highland on my left, middle I see the Agong House haha...right I see KLCC n KL tower....wow..so impressive view...

my friends' bro buy 4 units there, you guy know who I met when I visited his unit there? when I was at the top floor, we chit chating....Li Xin Jie ( malaysian artist currently working in HK and her hubby Peng Shun and many other HK director just around there! wow...i heard my friend say , Lee bought 2 unit there...

we can be neighbour ....haha..maybe they offer me a care-leh-fer role in coming HK movie hahaha

I'm not sure because I didn't know abt the Verve Suites...

To me, the most interesting was the gym room is built on top of the water. This whole development using around 6.5 acres but only 2 blocks for residency..so the beach will be quite spacious, I assume..

The top floor for block B has been hold at the moment & no pricing yet..

i wonder developer can build a cafe or lounge on water..what's a nice relax area with family and frens...hehe
