I pandai pandai sendiri calculate with the info given. 28 floors X 2 block = 56. 670 units divided by 56 = 11.97 round up to 12 units per floor. Cheers.

The selling point for UOA condo is private beach and Olympic size length infinity pool with 3.5 acres podium. 2 blocks with L shape development. Can't wait and see what is the response during launching.

After some thought, I have decided to share a photo that I have. Hopefully this won't upset UOA. That is the facade.

Agreed x 100. Boring.
I think around that kuchai lama area in terms of unique concept and design........
Should go for Seringin Residence for bigger unit, if prefer smaller unit then it should be The Leafz.
