looks like the launch will not happen till end of Oct..are they waiting for the budget to announce first to see what's the impact on consumer?? can't be right.

i can imagine after the serigin, g residence and uoa built up the road very damn jam, anf kuchai now all the way is jam jam jam.

the uoa now compare with others condo is exp lo, still worth to buy?

walao.. 1200 X 480 = RM576k

1800 X 380 = RM684k...

The bigger the cheaper.... why??

Hi guys, i just visited seringin today and it just opposite the la salleh school....i wonder anyone know the map for UOA? i dont know where is it located and is the development comes with DIBS?anyone can help on this info?thanks...

today i have call the uoa again ,they say the minimun price is rm600k for 1200sf.

contact in uoa indirectly hint me there is a known proposed hospital just opposite so most internal staff applying wait and see but still booking all the small units. anyone can find out whether it is still proposed or approved? and which private hospital group?

wonder why still no news abt this launch...

hospital as a neighbour? if it is a few blocks away i wouldn't mind, but it is directly next to the condo, well then got to think twice.. traffic is one criteria...

I didnt know about this UOA project.. But is Seringin better since both around same price and same location? Just checked out a new condo called Palace Court @ Kuchai Lama by BHL and location wise looks good.. Its near Arte and Dynasty Garden. Price also reasonable. Walking distance to Kuchai Entrepreneur Park.. Thinking of investing as price will surely go up..

Yes, 1000 sf is fully sold out before launch. Only need to place RM10k to book a unit. I'm still thinking if this is a good buy.
