RM600/sqf i think this is developer price, Units not fully sold yet so, the price is under control.

Since this is the developer price, bank will not loan more than that.

I have a few subsales unit looking at 570-580psf but it is facing east/MEX highway. Other facings are asking for about 600psf. Please pm me if interested. Thanks.

Developer units left not many actually, a few units of 15xxsf and 17xxsf and the penthouses only.

Office at bangsar south. There are few 1782 units still available at block A but facing direct to block B. If you wish smaller unit and nicer view, let me know. I have client want to let go.

Heard car park super small. Can park but hard to open car door. Better go check check the car park.
