it's okay. verve roof top beach also i'd never been there. but pics do give me a good idea.
besides, don't want to go there and show my 6 pack lah.

am somewhat at cross road on what to feel about it.
generally i felt that maintenance is going to be a big problem. especially displacement of sand.

the verve did a great job on their roof beach though.

Displacement of sand is not really a problem. I have kid on my own and we always go for beach holidays. Every time back to hotel, whole blardy room and toilet are filled with sand.

Wonder any 1 of u mind sweeping the floor including toilet? Think about wet toilet + sand???

Yeah lah. That's displacement of sand lor.
Movement of sand from the beach to other areas.

Problem for beach, sand getting less and less. Slowly becomes not nice.

Problem for other area. Not suppose to get sand but end up getting sand.

I find it ok for sand/dirt travel to other areas but not back to your home....

I believe that overall still depend on the management. If they are good and professional enough, they can manage it.

cannot be so selfish lah.
sand goes to gym causes disturbance.
sand goes to typical floor lobby, causes disturbance.
sand goes to lift, causes disturbance.
ultimately it still affect the unit owner.

But i think RESIDENT can wipe THEIR FEET on GRASS first B4 goes to ...

Having lived in several places already, I doubt all residents care.

Not so simple. Everytime when i went to the beach and everytime we thought we were clean but yet, brought back tons of sand back home.

Situation become worst when those doesnt wear proper attire, sand will travel into any lobang u have. Worst is when sand trapped in your pockets.

Anyway, everywhere are sand la... And wonder when "spit", "mucus" will be cleaned since the water recycle point located the other end of the pool.

especially when the unit is rented..the tenants will not care at all..they will just simply bring the sand to every where..

it's actually 2 sets of problems.
sands everywhere and depletion of sand at the beach itself.

In my opinion, UOA should have a solution for this, if not they will not go for this type of design..
