The Treez Bukit Jalil is now selling RM 800 - RM 830 psf for 1420sf, KM 1 is now selling RM 700 psf for 1335sf. Do you think Le Yuan sub sale can also sell at that price range?

The reason being RM600 per sf is because of there are a bulk group purchase most of the units in block B and ready to get sales of it by the agent, therefore it is kinda low price for now as they want to sales urgently as I understand. |
