The Treez Bukit Jalil is now selling RM 800 - RM 830 psf for 1420sf, KM 1 is now selling RM 700 psf for 1335sf. Do you think Le Yuan sub sale can also sell at that price range?

despite the carpark facade not so impressive.
but the end product for this LY beach area looks quite nice from far at gembira avenue.

small units can get 650+psf when vp? only beach condo in whole south kl lagi add value?

The beach is very nice. But can we swim? Future problem will be high maintenance cost.

think can. this development consider quite high density.
more than 100+ units per acre.
most fancy part is the beach only.
maintenance cost should be no problem if every resi pay on time.

The reason being RM600 per sf is because of there are a bulk group purchase most of the units in block B and ready to get sales of it by the agent, therefore it is kinda low price for now as they want to sales urgently as I understand.
