maintaince fees should be different , good for outsider but no good for owner which paying for the high maintaince fees

when you inside condo JMB , you will know the situation,
maybe only or less then 10% resident is Utilize the badminton court .
and the court always using booking by same ppl with invite outsider (friend) to play.

other 90% resident who paying maintaince fees will question the manageent fund usage when yearly audit is coming.

luxury condo with luxury fees then will have luxury badminton court with air con .

priority for the condo always is security come first then cost then only better facility ~
