natman, mind sharing your opinion interm of location wise of this project?
i believed you staying nearby of happy garden or sri petaling?
u should know the accessbility well.....

Location all is good easy access to kl, kesas, mex highway. In the center of hot spot like kuchai lama, sri petaling, klang lama, oug of its best spot.
Its the pricing matter on this project and only concern is its quite close to the mex highway

Very near to sri petaling central commercial zone

BTW food around here is super too

salak south u can get nice char siew, sri petaling i like most is the hong kong chi cheon fun, steamboat, big chow opposite sri petaling hotel in 10 mins ull get your order ready, oug chu yuk fun and wan tan mee also good, happy garden got good siew yuk, fish head mee hoon, fry fish head and lots lots la hahaha

No doubt this location are easy access , i still concerning the noise from mex highway.

Heard that there will be having a hospital near by, not sure the info is correct or not. Other rumors are, the land bought at expensive price, and the launching price will par with SHC around 450 psf to 480 psf. Concept of it not direction yet, but estimated to have another at least 600 units... Unit size from 1200 sq above.. All not confirm yet.. just rumors..

bro, if the launching price on par with SHC , who u think consumers will go ? SHC or UOA ?
SHC now selling RM500 PSF and if UOA selling at RM480 ... i will go for SHC. be very frank.
Well..give UOA 2 more weeks, they will come out with master plan.
hope that time, will get my inspiration...

natman, since you live near there wanna ask you about the traffic during peak hours. As I know the road infront of the board where you took the pic is quite jam in the morning. Cars coming from Seri Petaling, OUG and Happy Garden to 1st traffic light junction near De Tropicana Condo(pity them have to jam from parking to go work) and jam till 2nd traffic light, the main junction to Sg.Besi highway and Jln Kuchai Lama. Boleh tahan?

Yes, UOA use RM50mil bought over the land from the old happy garden developer(low-mid end developer) . for sure not going to be cheap.
I heard the old happy garden developer laugh all the way and said selling the land better than develope it.

LOL! Yes, hope that UOA condo not suffer the same fate as De Tropicana, go work start jam from parking. Hope UOA build 2 exit points for convenience.

Why UOA but not SHC ?
