woow...300 units per block. total 600 units. should be consider as acceptable density??

for my opinion on condo that:
- under 100 units. will die straight straight on high maintenance fee
- around 350 units. just nice..
- around 600 units. abit too much but still acceptable.
- over 700 units. oh start to feel a bit scary......

IMHO..Should still fall under acceptable category
but for a developer like UOA. i think they can do a great job on planing!
