Wild Horse are giving us watever info he got from his boss and posted here to help LYN. even if he get the wrong info, is not his fault and i dont think he the one should kana here.
a very good example. you called up to UOA and staff told u RM350 PSF and machi called up and get RM380 PSF. everyone are trying thier best to get info for the LYN. we shouldnt shoot here and there. Am i right?
Moreover, i doubt uoa customer service had more info to provide us.

For my understanding .... yes the price ain't going cheap but not more than RM450 when UOA launch.

salak south u can get nice char siew, sri petaling i like most is the hong kong chi cheon fun, steamboat, big chow opposite sri petaling hotel in 10 mins ull get your order ready, oug chu yuk fun and wan tan mee also good, happy garden got good siew yuk, fish head mee hoon, fry fish head and lots lots la hahaha

for small or medium size developer to adopt such targetted 121 marketing, then i am fine.

what i don't geddit is this project is by uoa, a reputable developer, to opt for this restricted marketing and not transparent....
