why cant i install sklchan ANNA mods v1.00? I selected the recommended settings to install, but it is written "Unable to install. Component is built-in"..Anyone can help me on this?

No regrets, and in fact far better to use camera phone due to always available when I need to use it. I used it tons for work and leisure.

I have followed the guide from CODeRUS

based on the current specs that Nokia thrown to mid range symbian phones,
can we hope to see a dual core high end symbian phones or at least single core processor that clocked beyond 1Ghz alongside at least 1Gb of RAM?

If my memory serves me well,I still remember Nokia promised to deliver a dual core processor along with true zoom capable camera phones?
But now seem no more hope already when Nokia decided to go for Microsoft..

i'll just surf the nokia store (happens to have in your phone)..

EDITED : just got my phone soft reset and the nokia default browser works fine.. not modem problem

I think you will be disappointed with lack of overall smoothness in the N8. I went for N8 only because of the GPS and camera.

You could browse online too via http://store.ovi.com/

and download via PC and load using Ovi to your cell.

if you want smoothness and better home screen configuration (5 + 5), try SPB Mobile Shell, I find it usefull and smooth scrolling as well.

It only uses 2.5M of RAM, not bad at all.
