hi guy,

i have been training in gym regulary nearly two months.Three times a week will go gym.
I doing dumbell pull and focus on my biseps.Want to know why I do not have strength to lift heavier dumbell?
Izzit because not enough testosteron hormone or wrong technique of workout?
I got take protein supplement before and after workout.
But it seem I get tired fast and lose energy to lift the weight.....sad.gif
Any solution.?Happy to hear your advise..smile.gif

what is your routine? bicep everyday?

do compound movements.

example!
day1
back,bis deads, barbell rows, pullups/pulldown
day3
chest, tris bench press, dumb press , flies , dips, close grip bench.
day5
legs squats, leg press, calf raise ham curl ect.

this is very basic for beginers
do this basic routine every other day. More compound! thats how i got my strength up.

1. How long you spend in working out for going to gym 3 times a week?
2.Focus on bicep? Not enough strength to lift heavier dumbell? Are u asking why ur biceps are not strong enough? Or you asking your overall strength are not enough?
3.Testosterone has nothing to do with your question, wrong technique or workout? Did you show how you work out? Nope.
4. Protein supplement before and after workout, then get tired and lose energy to lift the weight? What weight? What protein supplement? And had u really understand what are the protein supps for?
5. Advice, I don't have. Opinions got.

IMO, I saw a lot boys spend time in gym looking at mirror, doing bicep curl then take a shower and leave.Everyone has different targets and of course doing different things in gym. If you really want be stronger, do more compound exercises, not just isolation. Do compound more, and isolation exercises, then you will see the improve soon enough. And regarding technique and form, you should've confirm yours are correct, otherwise it hurt you in long term.

In-case you may want to ask what's compound exercise/what routine/what should you do to be better? Read the stickies.

you should do more varieties of workout bro dont just focus on your bicep you need to train your other muscle group also to achieve balance, use this link if you want to know what sort of exercises available for different muscle groups http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html.
