how to increase body strength when workout?, need amateur advise

hi guy, i have been training in gym regulary nearly two months.Three times a week will go gym. I doing dumbell pull and focus on my biseps.Want to know why I do not have strength to lift heavier dumbell? Izzit because not enough testosteron hormone or wrong technique of workout? I got take protein supplement before and after workout. But it seem I get tired fast and lose energy to lift the weight.....  Any solution.?Happy to hear your advise..
