on and off, I think it's your ballast got problem. Oh btw, I'm not sure since you're running pioneer. They say pioneer very sensitive to HID. Good luck. Also, on and off will kill your HID bulb faster.

suddenly remembered the vios at the workshop. But I think Vios got alot of potential, minus the handling and NVH.
