hi guys.. sorry if this question been asked b4..
im currently on cm7 with froyo bootloader..
i want to change to gb bootloader coz i heard it'll improve my batt life..
so is there an easy way to do this?

I set the USB connection setting to "Ask on connection", then I plugged in the USB cable, and nothing happens.
no usb debug mode, and the cable is usable and the drivers are installed as my SGSL can connect perfectly.

edit : seems like im the only one who still use froyo here eh? saw all u guys punya siggie to GB rom already. one main reason i'm still with froyo is i'm a heavy user for Tango app. always tango-ing my family during weekends, and last time when i was on GB rom, when my parents saw my camera kinda rotated, they all thought that my sgs rosak already. lol. if tango ever solve the rotation camera problem, for sure i'll be sticking with GB for a long long time already~

- no indication on notification bar nor sound to indite it was fully charged.
- my batt doesnt show 100 (%) when fully change. it will show "blank". But upon unplugging the cable, it went back to normal (98 or 96 or 92 % etc). IMO, i think it can only show double figure

using talon test 0.4.4.22.

wow.. i faced alot of problem upgrading to gb bootloader.. sighh..
long story short.. i had to flash everything all over again + all my apps gone
feel like throw my phone from 8th floor..

useless... the phone doesn't response, both my laptop in win 7 32bit/64bit with same kies installed also the same, so the problem should be from the form.

lol. what happen? did you follow the instruction on first page?

tick the debug mode, install driver from first page, plug in your phone, on your phone pull down notification enable connection then wait.

is good im using any 2700 mah or 3500 mah bettery ? or got other side effect ? thinking to buy momax battery

currently using Milkys 1.3 with talondev 0.4.22 so far everything is good.. no reboot.. no hang.. no lag.. but when playing game I notice bettery drain faster.. grr

Try using OndemandX governor, it saves battery in the long run.

err OndemandX governor is kernel ? or apps ?
