helo.. little noob here.. just bought galaxy s i9000 2 day ago.. and now I wan to change my rom into cm7.. can somebody explain me in very simple way what the thing i must do ? I already read at the 1st post.. but got spin spin head @_@

err.. I already change the baseband to XXJVR.. just wanna ask, can I just change the kernel and using the stock rom ? if change kernel my all apps gone ?

currently using Milkys 1.3 with talondev 0.4.22 so far everything is good.. no reboot.. no hang.. no lag.. but when playing game I notice bettery drain faster.. grr

err OndemandX governor is kernel ? or apps ?

if i want install other rom.. better clean data/factory reset 1st right ? will it remove my kernel n baseband version ?
