so.. Milky's performance is good?

not quite snappy as cm7 or miui but ok la..
don't ask me about battery life. try it yourself if you want to know. take note that this rom automatically change filesystem to ext4 before first boot.
btw, i hate those ugly icons (gps, bluetooth, auto rotate, etc)

deleted it from my phone. drain a lot of my juice.   i dont think it suit malaysia, because it need very high speed connection. my house 4mb i called my friend at AUS, either he cant hear me or i cant heard him or too soft. have to shout like crazy. LOL.

what's wrong with this SURFACE rom? i followed all their instructions still kenot flash. bootloop like there's no tomorrow.

previously i'm with MilkyS. I'm happy coz no weird FCs. minor delay when navigating through GOlauncher but that's acceptable coz i got many widgets. but what i don't like about it is the ugly theme. that's all. i prefer stock icons, colour, and if can SGS 2 icons. but SURFACE got problem la.. bootloop and bootloop and bootloop.. dammit
anyone know any workaround?

this is weird, when I flashed SURFACE for the 1st time, it succeed. try to look at the instructions one by one carefully again (like reboot when u need to / when to flash essential package). read the thread, see if there's anyone experiencing bootloops too

anyone here use Viber?
i got a lil prob with the free call.. didn't hear any voice from receiver..

tried both using data & wifi.. try to call my frenz that using galaxy ace & ip4

ok.. found the answer already.. they use nitrality app..
haiz.. noob la me..

followed the link white elephant gave, downloaded the one for odex XXJVR, used 7zip extracted the mms.apk then used root explorer to cut and pasted...  :-( no luck... it does not work.

After doing the above steps, i can't sms...

Any idea where i can get the modified mms.apk for stock odexed XXJVR that does not convert sms to MMS....

did u update to the latest viber? mine always working good in here (egypt), cause the mobile network is 3.5 g. when calling to my dad's Tab with wifi on, memang the voice really clear lah. but if my dad use his celcom broadband, the quality is really poor.

i guess mine is the latest coz in my market didn't show any update option for viber..
maybe malaysia data connection not that good? coz i only try

haha i guess so. i hope they can introduce 3.5G in few years from now though. in here, i pay about rm 50 a month to get full 2.5gb with speed 3.5g and its really really great to use. the only major turn off is the telcos here do not allowed skype to use over 3g, dunno why.

oh, i dunno about it yet, mine will end in next month somehow. but hopefully still free la right?  my friend using ip4 said they only need to pay once for life time, u know about this?

actually i never use whatsapp b4.. after a bit disappointed with viber (good fuction but not many friends use it yet + the voice call thingy)..

oh now i know where i screwed up.. i downloaded the wrong package.
the one i download is "Base + Essentials (wipe)"

the one should be download is "Base (wipe)" and "Essentials", it should be downloaded separately.
