3. With a decent camera is preferable
4. I mostly will used for app (games) & web; sometimes for music too

Any cheapest android phone 2nd hand also can so I want to use it as an Mifi router. CSL, Samsung, SE X10 mini/pro(need flash custom rom). I feel a Mifi router without telco plan almost same price to a budget android phone with huge different in term of feature With 2 hp so I no need swap my current Sim card with the Sim with U68 BB.
