Any cheapest android phone 2nd hand also can so I want to use it as an Mifi router. CSL, Samsung, SE X10 mini/pro(need flash custom rom). I feel a Mifi router without telco plan almost same price to a budget android phone with huge different in term of feature

I interested to try and feel the real motorola atrix and the Lapdock™. And also the Asus Padfone if launching already
