From your sig, u got Apacer DDR2700......which might be the culprit? For Socket A, better use 1:1 wink.gif SO, i suggest u to run 3-4-4-11 and see the highest FSB (prime stable too).

dennis..aren't you using an unlocked 2500+? the rig in your sig says AXP1800+ are you using another rig for hte 2500+ or did you replace your 1800+ with ur 2500+

unlocked 2500+ should reach 12.5 x 200 easily..even with normal ValueRAMs.
with a good stepping u can run it at default vCore, if not, increase ur vCore a lil

wats your current vCore? have you tried raising it?

i've heard many times ppl with 2500+ have no problem raising straight to FSB200 on a NF2 mainboard..maybe u need to raise ur vCore stock is 1.65 right? try 1.7v..

if your PC manages to boot to desktop or boot to the windows logon screen but hangs halfway or lags like crap, raise vCore until u can load to desktop smoothly.
(you dont necessarily have to touch your RAM Timings..you can leave em at Optimal)

oh another thing..make sure your "FSB Spread Spectrum" option is Disabled
and if your mainboard has the "Enhance PCI Performance" you might wanna disable it as well..i managed to clock higher with that option Disabled

The Vcore now is 1.712, and I'm running at 12.0X166 with no problem. Computer can't boot into windows either on 12.5X166 or 11.0X175+ RAM I keep it lower then 333 already.

in ur BIOS,

FSB Spread Spectrum - Disabled
Enhance PCI Performance - Disabled

"FSB Spread Spectrum" sometimes is also called "Spread Spectrum Modulated"

having the benefit of a unlocked cpu is fun..but..u normally adjust more on the FSB rather than the multi...try using x12 multiplier and gradually increase ur FSB.

Failed...... Can't boot-up into bios either 12.0X174+ 11.0X174+ with both
FSB Spread Spectrum - Disabled
Enhance PCI Performance - Disabled
I think I'll just keep it at 12.0X166 for normal used first. Ask someone expert enough to check it out for me. Thanks guys for all the comment

Wow, 1.65 to 1.9!!! It's ok now, I think 2000Mhz is currently enough for my normal usage. Later try to OC again with my friends with experience. Thanks everyone.
