The phone is good, especially after flash to rc2...

guys, anybody notice that the keyboard (any keyboard software for that matter) running in froyo (2.2.2) feels snappier compared to RC2 running gingerbread 2.3.4?
i've flashed back to wellcomA99 rom running froyo 2.2.2 and felt that the keyboard is more responsive. tried different keyboard software in RC2 and felt that it lags quite a bit compared to the demo set in CSL booth running CSL standard froyo 2.2.1

so downloaded the wellcom A99 stock rom and flashed that and i do feel the keyboard feels snappier. i could type faster with less mistake.
you guys that have ran wellcom ROM do you notice any difference after upgrade to RC2?

but the GPS is slow and touch screen got issue right?

I notice that when u on the bluetooth your GPS will not function. Anyone else has this problem?

Screen issue, no, if u flash to rc2, coz it have been tweak to run under voltage, so the overheat problem is kept to minimum, if i'm not mistaken......

i just bought the phone from a forumer here, the thing is i want to delete the seller account but the phone didn't let me do it coz some application are connected to the seller account. (the suggested solution is reset to factory setting.)

What do i need to do? reflash the ROM or maybe i can something like changing the ownership?

U can use recovery to clear all cache.

no need to flash to another rom. restore to factory default won't brick your phone.

go into the CWM recovery mode, then select 'clear user data/restore factory defaults' then reboot the phone.
select the menu using the volume up and down (to go up and down the menu), and press power button to select the options.

follow my method faster....
go to setting---> privacy-----> restore to factory default...
dun tick clear SD card,if u dun wan ur content to be wiped...
senang...

that is indeed easy. i couldn't find where to wipe the settings inside the OS hehe

yup.. the default huawei keyboard was crap... downloaded smart keyboard pro (blackmart alpha) and it's more snappier

anyone wanna sell their mi400 for rm500 ?

500 is consider really dirt cheap....
RM650 is the best best price u can get for a 2nd hand phone i think..

Agreed with u man! RM600-650 is consider best price d...ada ke patut those fellas mintak rm500...with such spec, where got ppl wanna let go below rm600. unless tat fella desperate for money lah LOL if got rm500, i also want ! LOL

i sajer test market post up, my hp also almost burst with sms'es all askin for rm500-550. gila might as well i keep it LOL mentang mentang la ini handphone 1Malaysia but jangan lah took it for granted LOL !!

so far this mi410, my review and comment on it, this is the best all rounder android device in town d with such spec and price. nothing come close to it. be it brand new or used

unless china or any makers out there come out with something even greater/higher spec and price below RM1000, then it'll definitely beat this mi410 already but still...not far ahead

so anybody wanna be the guinea pig and test the MIUI ROM? looks really polished. MIUI ROMs are quite known to be polished and having lots of eye candy.

the MiOne (or what it's called) which supposedly gonna retail less than RM1k should beat the Mi410. but it's gonna take a couple of month at least to land in Malaysia.

capable of running 1.4GHz problem free and it should last you at least a day of heavy usage. pretty good for a cheap phone.
i never changed the 1.4GHz setting that came with andro-id rc2 and still it lasts more than a day without any overheating.

some say there might be some QC problem as it's branded as CSL and not Huawei X6, but my set have a solid feel to it and i dare it has a better feel (build quality wise) than some HTC models.
the only problem is, it's branded as CSL here. and the general consensus in Malaysia is that CSL = cheap china phones with lots of problem and bad customer service and warranty claim.

if it's branded as Huawei X6 i'm sure people will praise it better and it'll sell like hot cake even though Huawei service network is much smaller compared to CSL.
