I bought one last week, only 2 hours after I bought the phone, I noticed there's dead pixel on it.
Shopkeeper said can exchange it for me, but he have no new stock, have to wait until he got new stock which he also dunno when he will get it.
I called CSL Customer Service, they ask me to go to Lowyat CSL Service Center.
Lowyat CSL Service Center said the best they can do it to change the LCD screen but it will takes at least a week because they have no LCD stock.
I't has been almost a week since I bought the phone but I cannot use it. I havent even put my sim card into it.

The dead pixel is near the middle of the screen, very annoying, I cannot bear it.

On last friday, the shopkeeper said this monday will have new stock for me to change, then on monday he said stock haven arrive, will call me when got new stock for me to change. Until today, no new stock. A bit regret buying this phone.

Guys, please gimme some opinion on what to do next?
Continue waiting for the shop new stock? (How long should I wait?)
Escalate this to proper channel?

Today is full one week since I bought the phone, and I have not even been able to use it.

I have the same problem with Papago X5, but with Google Maps, works fine pulak...

I noticed that for the RC2 minor update, it takes more than 100mb O_o

Any simple guide to install it?
All the guide i found is very long and hard to understand. (I'm lazy lol!)

I installed SUT LR v1.8.2, but I cant open the program with error: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format T_T

Yes you are correct.

I'm installed SUT L3 v1.7.4 and used it to flash the rom.
I'm installing RC2 via recovery now.

I flashed to RC2 now but I checked About Phone, the Android version is v2.3.4, there's no Andro-ID RC2 words on it?
Model number also has been changed from CSL Mi410 to FIH-FB0
AGPS download setting is also empty.

Strange... But it's ok, the phone is still working fine and fast. I dont see the app to overclock/underclock the phone proc though.
Checked supercharger, it is running.
I installed Advance Task Killer, I can use it to kill all task manually if I need it. It makes phone respond faster sometimes.

The phone is rooted so I dont think busybox is needed.
I installed Titanium Backup, it shows that my phone is rooted[busybox] lol?

I have some program stuck while running. How do I kill it without any task killer app like Advanced Task Killer?
Cannot right?

For example facebook while posting comment, data disconnect and facebook will stuck at posting comment screen, or when emulator is not compatible with some games, it will "hang"
With Advanced Task Killer, I can just kill the app and start it again.
Without Advanced Task Killer, I will have to reboot my phone.

Yes my phone keep on restarting when I'm on stock CSL ROM.
But now that I'm on RC2, my phone never restart before.
Playing FPse is so much enjoyable on this phone!

Once you flashed RC1, you dont need the recovery as the recovery is flashed along with RC1.

This morning, my phone cannot be powered on. Tried take off battery, put it on, take off memorycard and sim card, still cannot turn on. Plug in charger with battery attached/not attached, still cannot turn on.
End up sent it to Glenmarie CSL HQ. The girl said can be done today, so later I will go there again to collect the phone.

Got back the phone, it's working again, can turn on. But the phone got wiped, back to CSL firmware.

But there's a remark on the job sheet:
"Push Battery. Another software. Not CSL software. No warranty."

I'm re-installing RC2 now.
