When do IBT using CIMBClicks, I noticed that there're two new fields need to fill in:

1. Recipient Reference (mandatory)
2. Description (forgotten to confirm)

May I know what're these two fields? I was performing for a favourite account.

correct me if im wrong, the recipient reference might be there to let the recipient knows wat the payment is for e.g invoice number etc.

i tried writing sumthing in it since it was mandatory, but nothing appear on my friend's transaction history. Dont really know wat cimb try to achieve here

If I knew what to fill, I won't be posting to ask about it here.

There's no example or screenshot for it during the process of transaction.

I do not know if this is the right place to ask. I made an online IBG transfer d other day and was told that it failed (with message from the bank). So I made another transfer.

However, later it showed that both were charged and this was confirmed by the bank that both transaction were successful despite giving me a notice that the initial transaction has failed.

Now the bank ask me to provide a authorization letter to cancel the payment. Anybody knows how to I write this and whom do I give it to or something?

Thanks

Care to share which bank ?
I believe you won't be able to recover the funds once transferred.

Hong Leong bank. Came out a message said transaction failed and so on. I guess my mistake also cus didn't check properly b4 doing another transaction. Luckily it's just a small amount. Nevertheless, quite disappointed with them.
