u can use the instant transfer first it will tell the recipient name upfront. Then dont complete that instant transfer, go back n do IBG knowing that account number belong to the correct person. No need put in IC number n whatnot  Just sharing |

If its correct than go back to IBG page n pay. IBG shud do the name check also just like Instant Transfer, imho. |

IBFT is under MEPS
IBG is under MyClear
I saw number of bank also provide IBG free, but better if all banks can make it free just like IBFT
