To better protect your account, a separate daily limit has been introduced for transfers to e-Wallet (BigPay, Boost, Finexus, Grab & Touch n Go).

Starting 21 October 2023, your default daily limit for transfers to e-Wallet will be RM250 and you can increase this limit up to RM1,000 via HLB Connect.

If RM1,000 daily limit is insufficient for your banking needs, call us at 03-7626 8899 to increase your daily limit up to RM50,000.

Thanks for the info. Sigh. HLB has the tightest protection I have seen which can also be a headache. Every time I'd change daily limit, have to wait 1 hour B4 can transfer.

Please be informed that the upcoming launch of 'DuitNow Overseas Transfer' will result in updates to the Terms and Conditions for 'DuitNow'. These updates will include the introduction of new definitions and specific clauses as listed below:

General

We reserve the right to revise charges for using DuitNow services by providing you a 21-day written notice.

Definitions

DuitNow is the service which allows customers to initiate and receive instant credit transfers using a recipient’s account number or DuitNow ID. This service will also be inclusive of the DuitNow Overseas Transfer service.

DuitNow Overseas Transfer is the service which allows customers to initiate and receive instant credit transfers using a recipient’s mobile phone number in any foreign country that has been enabled by DuitNow Operator from time to time.

Anyone having issues with Maybank Giro interbank transfers ? I transferred monies via m2u Giro to HSBC last week and till now the amount has not been received by HSBC.

which day and time did you transfer via GIRO ?

Does anyone know why the duitnow transfer limit vary from person to person ? I come across few account max limit from 30k , 50k and 100k.
Most of my account max daily transfer limit is 50k but some are 100k.

Wow so lucky, can share which bank got RM100k daily transfer limit?

Note RM50k limit is biasa, almost all banks also RM50k
except MBSB RM30k
BI can do RM100k

difference between banks and difference to a single person/individual are 2 separate matters.

My mom has 100k limit, i have 50k limit in Maybank.

that's 2 separate individuals mah

also iirc, maybank has classifications of customers and give higher limit

Personally know a few HLB users daily duitnow transfer saving account transfer limit in setting max 30k / 50k and 100k.
Same goes to MBB as well.

Anyone tried sending funds via PayNow from Singapore to Malaysia?

Total nightmare for me!
I used Maybank Singapore to send funds into my own duitnow account (linked to TnG) via PayNow (Overseas).
Got the transaction slip and all. Amount was deducted but not received on the other end. And, it's been 4 days now. ><

Maybank said funds went through successfully and advised to call TnG. TnG said to contact Maybank. TnG call support is non-existent so the only support I got was via emails.

Who should I contact to get the bottom of this? BNM? MAS?

but the fund will be credited only on the next working day in KL (where Bank Negara HQ is located).
